My experience with Van Scoy (Caroline Hill) has spanned 27 years. I have purchased many beautiful pieces. Recently, I had a diamond pendent updated. Caroline found the perfect setting and her jeweler produced a stunning pendent. The entire staff are not only professional but friendly. I would highly recommend Caroline and her staff for ALL your jewelry needs.

My fiancé Dan did an amazing job picking out the perfect engagement ring, with the help of the committee staff at Van Scoy! According to him, they were supportive every step of the way, offering advice and encouragement when choosing the right ring. He picked out the stunning Alina setting in 14K rose gold from the Sylvie Collection and paired it with a 1.5 carat oval lab diamond. I couldn’t imagine anything better! The sizing was perfect over my knuckle, and Van Scoy was able to add little beads to the inside of the setting to prevent rotating/sliding. We can’t wait to start shopping for our wedding bands at Van Scoy!

Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? Van Scoy Jewelers deserve so much more! Deb has been awesome since the first day we walked in to choose my engagement ring knowing absolutely nothing about the 4Cs or how to make our budget. Van Scoy went above and beyond to make our engagement so special, they were patient with us as my fiance had trouble sizing his band, and even helped my fiance be able to surprise me with my ring. They give you the feeling of being a part of their family. They have made life long customers in us and we can not thank them enough for helping us find the perfect rings for us to wear for the rest of our lives!

After my daughter lost an emerald from an older ring, I contacted Van Scoy. Caroline was amazing and gave me options for replacement. The new emerald is beautiful. I have been going there for 30 years and the new location is beautiful. I love the staff. The jewelry is unique. If you haven’t visited them, you are missing a Berks County treasure.

Excellent service. There is no sales pressure. Sales people are pleasant and go the extra mile to help you. I have used them multiple times to size my rings and rhodium dip a few pieces. This time I just went in to make sure a piece was actual gold.
