How To Prepare Your Return
1. Return Authorization Code: contact Van Scoy Jewelers at email@vanscoy.com and reference your order id number. You will receive a return email with a Return Authorization Code. Please record this code and clearly mark it on the outside of the package.
2. Package your Return: include original box that your item was shipped in and a copy of your paperwork. For security purposes please address the package to the following:

Please also remember to include your Return Authorization Code for your item, clearly marked on the outside of the package.
3. Insure your Package: Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been reached to its destination. Van Scoy Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.
